We have had a great experience with Anatol from the very beginning through post setup/training. Paul really helped us decide on the best equipment for our needs and Gene did... read more an awesome job of installing and training on the press. It was really easy to ask about any issues including electrical needs to our workshop to future add ons to the equipment. Gene has quickly answered any questions we’ve called/texted about, but overall the press software is so intuitive that we were quickly up and running. Don’t know why we waited so long to get a Volt. The only think to think about is if you can afford to, go a bit bigger as you’ll quickly feel like you should expand further! Thanks Anatol for some terrific equipment.

Let us be frank here 5-star review are great. 5-star review with nothing but great words are cool too, but they do not tell me anything. As a consumer I like to know that I am taken care of when there is a problem no matter how big or small. It helps me sleep at night when I know that a company has my back. Mike and Gene have been there every step of the way. I am saying this because not only am I 100% satisfied with my purchase but when an issue comes up, I have had nothing but stellar customer service. These machines are bullet proof. Any small issue I have had has been taken care ASAP with no down time. I have only had one issue with my flash unit. The flash unit thermocouple needed to be replaced to a new mount design that was made in the meantime since I purchased my press and flash. I made a call, and I had a new part next day. This type of customer service is priceless. We are at 250,000 print and counting and we love this machine, and we love this company. I love seeing all the new items they are coming out with. I cannot wait to purchase more equipment from them. If you like working with real people who work just as hard as you and believe in the product, they are selling then I think you should choose Anatol. Very happy with the purchase of our Volt. Manny, their tech was very helpful in setting our machine up and getting us running. Adrian in Sales was great... read more and still checks in on us from time to time. The quality of our prints is amazing, and the machine is so quiet you can have a normal conversation next to it while it's running. The only issue we had was that we had 2 bulbs break in our flash that I thought should have been covered under warranty but weren't. Is what it is. I would definitely buy another one.
