A couple phone calls and the good folks from Anatol's service, sales, and engineering all got involved and walked us thru fixing it in real time. Didn't charge us a dime. The machine has been working great since. Our next Auto will definitely be an Anatol and I would recommend the same for anyone contemplating a new Auto.
