Freight Shipping (For Equipment and Packages):
Anatol ships most of our larger equipment via freight truck line or shipped via pallet and ocean freight. You will receive freight tracking information and estimated delivery time once your order ships.
Shipping Outside Contiguous USA:
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and PR
Fees for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico are calculated on real time rates based off of item weight.
Shipping to Canada
Fees for shipping to Canada are calculated on real time rates based off of item weight. Duties and taxes assessed by the customs broker.

Return and Refund Policy:
If your product was damaged during shipping please call: 1-847-582-1825 or send an inquiry to our service team. Anatol offers a 30 Day Limited Return Policy. This return policy applies to all of our products and equipment unless otherwise specified on a particular product or piece of equipment. (All returns must be authorized.)
Returns are only accepted if a product has not been uncrated or used. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, return shipping charges are not the responsibility of the customer if the product being returned was damaged in transit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded/credited. Customer must contact Anatol within 30 days of receiving a product if they desire to return it for a refund.
Custom equipment configurations cannot be returned.
Due to processing, receiving and credit card fees a standard 10% restocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns*
*Depending on the item, when the item was purchased, etc. this restocking fee is subject to increase.
If you have used your equipment and realize that it is not the right equipment configuration for you, please contact us and we will answer any questions you may have. You may be eligible for a trade-in or we will suggest selling on Ebay or craigslist as the best alternatives to recoup your investment. By selling the equipment yourself, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges. If we can assist with this, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Our goal is to assure you are happy.
