Computer-to-screen System Spyder X

The EXILE Spyder X computer-to-screen printer builds on the trusted Spyder series, offering significant pre-press and setup time savings with enhanced flexibility. Its innovative drumless design allows screen printers to quickly and easily switch between multiple screen sizes, reducing the need for costly drum purchases and delivering immediate cost savings.

Imaging screens at over two square feet per minute, the Spyder X is ideal for both busy screen rooms and smaller shops aiming to keep up with production demands. It eliminates the need for film and handling, improving print quality, reducing labor, and accelerating overall job turnaround. Additionally, the Spyder X accepts 1-bit tiff files from any other RIP, making it easy to integrate into existing pre-press workflows.

With a newly designed user interface, the Spyder X streamlines screen-room operations. By using heated wax ink and phase-change inkjet head technology, the Spyder X places high-density images directly onto coated screens, setting new industry standards for density and image quality.
