As a consumer I like to know that I am taken care of when there is a problem no matter how big or small. It helps me sleep at night when I know that a company has my back. Mike and Gene have been there every step of the way. I am saying this because not only am I 100% satisfied with my purchase but when an issue comes up, I have had nothing but stellar customer service. These machines are bullet proof. Any small issue I have had has been taken care ASAP with no down time. I have only had one issue with my flash unit. The flash unit thermocouple needed to be replaced to a new mount design that was made in the meantime since I purchased my press and flash. I made a call, and I had a new part next day. This type of customer service is priceless. We are at 250,000 print and counting and we love this machine, and we love this company. I love seeing all the new items they are coming out with. I cannot wait to purchase more equipment from them. If you like working with real people who work just as hard as you and believe in the product, they are selling then I think you should choose Anatol.
