It was really easy to ask about any issues including electrical needs to our workshop to future add ons to the equipment. Gene has quickly answered any questions we’ve called/texted about, but overall the press software is so intuitive that we were quickly up and running. Don’t know why we waited so long to get a Volt. We keep it well maintained and it's been a... read more reliable machine and a true workhorse. About a month ago, the PCB board died and so did the machine with it. A couple phone calls and the good folks from Anatol's service, sales, and engineering all got involved and walked us thru fixing it in real time. Didn't charge us a dime. The machine has been working great since. Our next Auto will definitely be an Anatol and I would recommend the same for anyone contemplating a new Auto.
