About сompany

The experience

Before we purchased our Anatol Vulcan gas conveyor dryer, we were using a Ray Paul™ conveyor dryer. It was about 25 years old. We moved to a new location and had to take it out of our old building through a three-foot-wide door, so we had to break it down. At that point, we decided to just scrap it and buy a new dryer for the new facility.

I was in touch with my Anatol regional sales manager Gal, and she had sent me some information on the Vulcan gas conveyor dryer. I contacted her to learn more about the Vulcan and its capabilities. Gal gave me some references to speak with who were already using Vulcans in their shops. One of the shops she connected me with was in Ohio. I talked with the owner, and he was nice enough to take a video of his Vulcan dryer in action. He said he was in love with it. I talked with him a couple of times and he convinced me the Vulcan was a good choice.

We chose the Anatol Vulcan because we needed a gas dryer with air flow to cure water-based ink efficiently. With the Vulcan, we’ve increased our production by about 15% over the old dryer. The temperature in the Vulcan is more consistent than in our old dryer, and as a result our shirts are more consistently cured.

It’s easy to adjust all the parameters on the Vulcan, and it’s a very reliable dryer. Access to the filter is convenient, so it’s easy to clean. We use the automatic Work Schedule mode to cool down and turn off the dryer at the end of each day. My operator said the Vulcan is gold, it’s beautiful.

To touch on service, Gal and the Anatol team have given us great customer service before and after we purchased the Vulcan. We had a small issue and Anatol had it resolved within a couple of hours.
