Return Policy
Anatol Equipment offers a limited 30-day return policy for parts and accessories.
If a customer believes that the part(s) ordered are defective, then they must notify the Service Department of Anatol Equipment directly. The Service Department can be contacted through the email service@anatol.com or by phone number (847) 582-1825.
Returns must be approved by Anatol Equipment Manufacturing Co. before initiating the return process. Replacement part(s) will be sent as available. Parts suspected of defects must be returned, freight pre-paid to Anatol Equipment’s designated facility. The return will be subject to inspection, and the final decision as to the suspected defect is with the Anatol Equipment Service Department Manager. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping, unless the reason for the return was due to an Anatol Equipment shipping error or damage in transit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded to the client unless otherwise authorized by Anatol Equipment. Anatol Equipment must be notified of any return request within 15 days of receipt of the part.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be assessed by Anatol Equipment upon return, and will be subject to the reason of the return. The following items are not returnable:
- Electrical and/or electronic parts
- Special order or custom parts
If the customer mistakenly orders the wrong part, Anatol Equipment will exchange that part for the correct one. In this event, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and price differences. If a customer orders a wrong part, and there has been no error or wrongdoing by Anatol Equipment, the customer may be granted permission to return that part for a 20% restocking fee.
Changes to Policy
Anatol Equipment Manufacturing Co. may revise these policies at any time by updating this posting. It is the customer’s responsibility to periodically check for any changes to the policy. Continued use of the Anatol website indicates your acceptance of all revisions made to this policy.
